deepcopy method for BolideDataFrame

Create a bdf.copy() method which uses copy.deepcopy so that we can make a true copy of a bdf object.

Pandas has a pandas.DataFrame.copy specifically to deep copy a dataframe. Perhaps that's allwe need to use and make sure it works for a bdf.
