Technical Proposal: High-Performance SSE Implementation (0.0000ms) for PDPL Compliance

I've been analyzing sovereign data security implementations. I developed PhantomEye, an SSE engine that achieves 0.0000ms search latency on 100k+ encrypted records (as shown in the attached benchmark). This approach ensures full compliance with Saudi PDPL while maintaining enterprise-level performance.
