Probe Information Question

Hi,

I am attempting to run your code on targeted sequencing data from an S5 instrument that has probes across multiple chromosomes. For your probe information file there are required sections for Gene, Transcript, and Exon. Since my probes are across many intergenic regions there is no annotation for them. This seems to cause a problem with your code. Is there a way to run this code without inputting this annotation information?

Dear Michael

You don't need to fill the information of probes. You can leave the blank.
Gene/Transcript/Exon annotations are for plotting and annotation of candidate CNVs.
