I don't think so.
What you're talking about is probably people whose names appear at the beginning of the readme of version 2.41

What I did can't be called "restructuring", I came later and made my version, for it to work under Visual Studio 2008, and to have something I can update as much as I want (I tried to go by proposing thing in the google project, but it was done clumsily, I needed to be able to fix my things. The thing about the valkyries is a real fix that can be used as it is though).
