Please add a Readme file which contains step-by-step instructions on how to install and run your app, for development.

See this sample Readme for a good overall outline, or follow this tutorial. For now, you do not need to add all the info these examples show, just the parts about getting a development environment setup. That is, the stuff you do every day when coding for this project.
