Description
The ghg code currently creates a custom instance of time such as:
us_frs_data:d.TimeInterval.Year-2022
I don't think this is the right implementation of owlTime, but need some clarification on how this should look and where to set the start and end time for the instances of owlTime and what namespace they should live under.
