GHG fix link to release feature #10
Description
ghg data currently links a coso:ContaminantObservation to a us-frs:FRS-Facility / coso:ReleaseFeature via sosa:hasFeatureOfInterest.
should this be coso:fromReleaseFeature to match egad coso:fromSampledFeature? Elsewhere we have deviated from sosa:hasFeatureOfInterest.
