Change class type exclusion: Merge types into classes in configuration.

## Context
- In the configuration, both the `exclude.types` and `exclude.classes` sections currently perform class type based filtering, leading to duplication.

## Wanted feature
- Integrate the `types` filtering into the `classes` section so that class type based exclustions are handeld in a single, non-redundant structure.
