[Low] TWH-1: Default year is 1800

QDateEdit has minimal possible year 1754.
That's a little issue, as in the game itself the default year is 1700

However, the priority of this issue is VERY LOW, as only info we need from year - is it leap or not. The only point we miss because of this bug is if the year multiplier of 400. We face it only after 200 game years now, which is very long and even if we face it - the affect most likely won't be even noticed.
