Add title attribute to feed trailers

I'm not seeing support for the `title` attribute on `Phase3Trailer`. According to [podcast-namespace](https://github.com/Podcastindex-org/podcast-namespace/blob/main/docs/1.0.md#trailer) the node value of `<podcast:trailer>` can be used for a title.
