Description
Hi. Have a Versa 2. Downloaded the app. Created an outlook account verified the new account.
Got to App settingS to log in. Enter outlook email address... then nothing!
I have tried 10 times. Sometimes it lets me enter email address and click next and it asks for password then to open the app.. other times after entering the email address and click next it asks to open Fitbit app.
Either way... it physically doesn’t log in. Tried to resync My new Fitbit versa 2 and having no luck at all. Please look into it.
Ps. I have an iPhone XR for the app.
