REQUEST: Add icon for Typesetter

Description:
Typesetter is a Typst-based typesetting application. Typst is a modern markup-based system (an alternative to Markdown and LaTeX), designed to be more intuitive and developer-friendly.

Reason:
There is currently no icon for Typesetter in Neuwaita, so it falls back to a non-themed icon. Adding it would improve visual consistency for users working with Typst tools.

Note:
The current upstream icon already fits quite well with the Neuwaita aesthetic. However, having a native icon designed specifically for the theme would provide better consistency and integration.
