Initialize _KeyRememberWorkspace in the constructor for PickWorkspaceDialogue #194
Description
I could be wrong about this, but it seems like the (native java) preference value for _KeyRememberWorkspace is initialized surprizingly late in the PickWorkspaceDialogue() class. I would think that it should be initialized in the constructor.
