Hello

I'm having the same issue with the PHASEPLL component. It's not a primitive in Vivado, at least the version I'm using (2018.2) and I'm looking for a replacement for this component. It seems to work similar to the clocking wizard but since there is no way of knowing what exactly it does, it's a shot in the dark. Could you please upload the source file for this so that the TDC_TOP.v file can be functional.

Here's the view that I have, there is no source file for the PHASEPLL.v. I'm sure it's the same for the rest of the commentors. I'm developing on a Zynq 7020 chip if that helps in anyway.

Why people publish useless code? I just stumpled on this and this project is abandoned. It has been a waste of time.
