[FR] Rename note: take into account the file name change and "correct" the YAML title field

Describe the solution you'd like

When refactoring the name of a note the file name changes are not reflected in the YAML title field.

Would it be possible for ST to automatically take over and (let) reflect the changes?

It would most likely be possible, but I'm a bit weary of doing so. I don't think that this is a behavior that is wanted in every situation, every time you rename a note. At least that's the case for my own note system. This would have to be a toggle option where default is that it's turned off.
