[FR] Allow Vim-style CTRL-j and CTRL-k to move down and up any pop-up lists

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, one can only use the down and up arrows to select a different entry in the, e.g., look-up list. This forces the right hand to move away from the home row.

Allowing the additional use of CTRL-j or k increases the smoothness of action, i.e., the selection of the correct entry.

I've never used Vim, but sounds like a logical idea. I'll look into it!
