Question about how to get a finer spatial structure

Hello! I use STAGATE to train my spatial data, while some relatively small spatial structure can not be recognized and clustered. How to set the parameter when using STAGATE.train_STAGATE？ I have already test different alpha with 0,0.5,0.8 ... ..., it still does not work. :(
