Expose global settings in Mod Menu (avoid keybind-only access)

The problem

In the mods settings screen, I can only access player settings.
To edit global settings, I must use a keyboard shortcut, which also clutters the keybind list.

Suggested solution

Add a single config screen with tabs/sections: Player / Global.

Keep the shortcut optional (nice-to-have), but not required for configuration.
