Offhand Slot Standalone

Hey Great mod Btw very nice :)

My favorite part about this mod are the offhand slots they are so chill like this should be in the basegame.
But why then a Standalone u ask right? Its because there are many incompatibilitys with other mods and most of the time u dont need all feature at once.

(Btw a Simple toggel in the config that can make you disable some features would probably be enough :) )
