The usefulness of Finally()

Finally seems to be almost just a nice method to declare your intention, but is no different from a .Then() clause other than it wont allow you to continue chaining results, catch already clears your faulted state for the task chain.

Superfluous? Or is readability and enforced lack of additional result chaining worth it?
