Issues with MasterSlave dialog in AgentTicketZoom

Hi,

1.) At the moment the link MasterSlave in AgentTicketZoom is on the first level, I think we should move it to miscellaneous, cause it's not often used normally.
2.) After opening the dialog MasterSlave (AgentTicketMasterSlave) it's not possible to change the MasterSlave state, cause the DynamicField "MasterSlave" is not active for this dialog. I think we need to activate this field per default.
3.) In Admin -> "DynamicFields Screens" it's not possible to add DynamicFields to the dialog MasterSlave, cause AgentTicketMasterSlave not existing. We need to add this dialog in install process.

Regarding 2.), I would consider this to be the same topic as issue #2. The other two points require system configuration changes - waiting for confirmation if this is wanted.

I'd like to discuss the path regarding 3).

Briefly discussed 3) with @svenoe. The consensus is that the naming of the system configuration MasterSlave::AdvancedEnabled should be aligned with the naming scheme of the core, Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketMasterSlave###DynamicField.

This prompts the need for a migration script as well as structural changes to all places where the config is used.

Abandoning this for the moment.
