Current behavior

Errors are shown which indicate some sort misbehavior.

Expected output

These may be warnings. Nothing is broken.

The Problem

An administrator is not able to decide whether an error should be ignored. If an error may be ignored, it should be a warning. However, in this case, I assume a warning would be too much #3

Reinstallation of all installed packages is the default procedure (ref. here and here). If you are updating your OTOBO you are faced with a lot of error-messages, that are none.

_InsertFAQStates() is used during both CodeInstall and CodeReinstall. This is the case since the initial commit of the package, so I can't tell what the purpose is. Further discussion needed - putting it in the OTOBO Issues project.

We should try to avoid those things, e.g. by running certain code blocks within eval and catching unimportant errors.
