Is there a dataset of TCGA pyclone-vi analysis result?

I am wondering if someone know of a dataset of TCGA (or PCAWG) pyclone analysis result (such as from publication data) ?

Hey Isaac,

I had the same question and found the link to a zenodo object in the pyclone-vi paper that has this data. Granted, it's the input data, not the results, but it shouldn't take too long to run with default settings if you have access to an HPC.
