Check partids creation with datasets other than plain.html's

The commit c541aab may have created problems with other datasets. Verify this and implement due unit tests.

Bug Indeed --> genormplus-generated documents so far create the parts with names "title" and "abstract", that's wrong! -- As a result, the last iterations annotations do not display properly.
