Terrain data is missing

The terrain data seems to have been removed, and there are no alternate sources such as with image data.

Thanks Clint. Unfortunately I had to take down the data because somebody released an app that linked to it and it would have cost me a bundle to keep it up.

I could not find good notes on how I generated it, but I basically took the NASA DEM data, converted it to grayscale using GDAL, and then used MapBox's TileMill to tile and upload it.
