how to provide binding for constexpr

My C++ code:

#include <complex>
using complex_t = std::complex<double>;
constexpr complex_t I = complex_t(0.0, 1.0);

My Python code:

import BoundSand as bs
i = bs.I

Result:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/G/int/binder-sandbox/complex/test0.py", line 4, in <module>
    i = bs.I
AttributeError: module 'BoundSand' has no attribute 'I'

How to expose a constexpr (or static const) to Python?

Bindings of global variables/const's currently is not supported. Easiest workaround would be to wrap access to such values via function, like:

#ifdef MY_PYTHON_BINDINGS
constexpr complex_t get_I() { return  I; }
#endif
