The user's dropdown selection in prompts settings section cannot be saved.

Context (who is affected and when)

The user's dropdown selection in prompts settings section cannot be saved since the save button remains unselectable after a new prompts configuration is chosen.
Editing other settings will allow the save button to be selectable but after clicking save, the prompts settings will always revert back to "enhance prompt" selection.

Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to prompt settings
2. attempt to change default settings from "enhance prompt" to another dropdown choice.
3. Save button remains unselectable.

Expected result

Save button becomes selectable and saves configuration when clicked on by user.

Actual result

Save button remains unselectable.

I've analyzed this issue and here's my proposed implementation plan:

Root Cause

In webview-ui/src/components/settings/PromptsSettings.tsx, the support prompt type dropdown (ENHANCE, CONDENSE, EXPLAIN, etc.) is implemented using local React state:

This means:

1. Changes to the dropdown don't trigger the SettingsView change detection system, so the Save button stays disabled
2. The selection always resets to "ENHANCE" when the settings page is reopened since it's not persisted

Proposed Fix

1. Add a new setting selectedSupportPromptType to the extension state to persist the user's dropdown selection
2. Update PromptsSettings.tsx to receive this value as a prop and use it to initialize the dropdown instead of hardcoding "ENHANCE"
3. Integrate with the change detection system by passing a setter from SettingsView that calls setCachedStateField, enabling the Save button when the dropdown changes
4. Include the setting in the save flow so it persists across sessions
