Cannot import to a DPT database with all 8.1 and 8.2 versions.

The 'Import' action is replaced by the 'Merge Import' and 'Import' actions at version 8.0 but for DPT only the 'Import' action works.

Changes to the control of the actions at the 8.1 and 8.2 versions are not implemented for DPT so neither import action works for DPT.

The 'Merge Import' and 'Import' actions will be present for DPT in version 8.3.

'Merge Import' and 'Import' are usable in b56fdfd and 0bde602 supporting changes in 6f47517.

However the problem described in module chesstab.gui.chess in the comments associated with method Chess._close_recordsets at lines 1479 to 1564 in a3a5358 seems to occur for both 'Merge Import' and 'Import'.

The _close_recordsets method seems to remain the solution to the problem when 'Merge Import' or 'Import' are not involved.

Commit 93be5c0 brought attention to two problems: not allowing for '\r\n' EOL when running CQL on Microsoft Windows, and a file-naming convention when running CQL on Microsoft Windows for a DPT database. The file-naming is probably fixed by following what was done for exporting PGN files.

Commits 36c93ed and 405905d make progress but do not fix the problem, and are relevant because existing CQL queries are evaluated against games when imported.

The progress is moving the problem to generating PGN files: which is done correctly in the 'Export' actions, but not in the CQL evaluation path for a DPT database.

After 4174458 imports of games do not crash.

Both 'Merge Import' and 'Import' can be interrupted by 'Stop Process', and on repeating the action, the import is completed. However the 'Import' action is repeated in full rather than resuming from where the interrupted import had got to according to the log.

'Merge Import' fails with an 'out of memory' exception if there are too many games in the PGN files being imported.
