Reference to 'restore from backup' when an import fails.

Before ChessTab-8.0 backups were taken before an import if imports were not done within transactions for the database engine.  On successful completion of an import the backups were deleted.

At ChessTab-8.0 imports are done within transactions if transactions are supported by the database engine.  In all cases backups are not done.
