[Fix] Clicking on rocket.chat brand logo redirect to homepage

On the desktop layout, click on the brand logo it is not redirected to the / page

this thing did not occur in the menu layout

Sir I Have fixed the same and both the footer and header brandlogos are now redirectable to rocket.chat
