Not working for audios from omnichannel channels

Hello,

Messages received through omnichannel (i tested whatsapp and telegram), this app is not working, is not showing the button to request to transcribe it.

But when the agent send a audio message through omnichannel, it works.

audios received from these platforms that i tested (whatsapp and telegram) are in the .oga format, maybe isaudio() is not working for this format?

both prints the first audio is from the platform (whats/telegram), the second audio is sent from telegram
