IC(0) PCG Pressure solver

set MIC_blending = 0.0 in watersim2D.py

Bug description

When using IC(0) PCG the velocity suddenly grows in step 128 and then the PCG algorithm failed to converge in step 126, resulting in velocity to be nan.
