Non-alphabetical sorting in Libraries & Sketches drop-down menus

Latest version, using on Sublime Text 3 #4401 on Windows 10 Home.

Sketches are grouped alphabetically, which is (kinda) nice. However, Sketches and Libraries are grouped by the first letter, but not actually arranged alphabetically, as shown in the attached image.
