ubergraph has_part->has_symptom?

Some HP terms contain logical definitions. See for instance https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/hp/classes/http%253A%252F%252Fpurl.obolibrary.org%252Fobo%252FHP_0000201

That has a logical definition saying that Pierre Robin syndrome is something that has_part cleft palate (along with other stuff).

In ubergraph that gets turned into Pierre Robin syndrome (normalized to a disease) has_part cleft palate (a phenotype).

Should we change this has_part to one of our symptom predicates? I think it would then align with other symptoms better.
