How do I deal with spectator account that was migrated to Microsoft account?

I got 'GoneException' error and 'Migrated' errorMessage which then I took a while to do the research and found out that the problem was I have already migrated the camera account to Microsoft account.

Hi, currently it is not possible to use migrated accounts. I also don't think I'll integrate the Microsoft OAuth (https://wiki.vg/Microsoft_Authentication_Scheme) flow any time soon as long as the old Yggdrasil authentication scheme still works. I do not like the migration to Microsoft accounts and have no idea how the new authentication scheme works. It seems more complicated and if I understand wiki.vg correctly you now need to create an OAuth application yourself.
For now all you can do is use another not migrated account.

PRs are very welcome though as long as they don't break the existing Yggdrasil scheme.
