Fingerprints are not consistent?

Test Domain2: http://ubercookie.robinlinus.com/

I noticed a strange thing. When i click on the above links directly(tap of my mousepad) from here, i get the same fingerprints on both links.

When i press CMD + tap the fingerprints differ.
