Dear Luciano,
I am working in the field of IT support for radiation therapy and also doing some research in this field. I have read your recent paper on Diffuse RT and found it very interesting.
I have a dataset for about 25 patients, for each patient about 30 CTs taken during fractionated external beam photon radiotherapy. Of course we also have delineated structures and planned doses. So, the content of the dataset is the same as the content of your dataset except that the anatomic location is different.
As we are interested in developing tools supporting robust planning (I know you are working on this topic too), I would like to apply your model to my dataset. Unfortunately, there is only the first commit of your code on github without explanations how to use it.
Can I ask for your help in running your code on my dataset? I would really appreciate your help.
