Mnemonic gives a wrong account number in v1.3

Using the same mnemonic on v1.3 and v1.1 gives a different account number.

Steps:

• go to v1.1 https://wallet.rise.vision/onboarding/mnemonic-account
• paste your mnemonic
• go to v1.3 beta https://wallet-beta.rise.vision/onboarding/mnemonic-account
• paste your mnemonic

Result: different account numbers (v1.1 is correct)
Expected: same account numbers

Seems like yet another issue with Rise.calcAddress(derivePublicKey(mnemonic)).

Reproduced locally with the newest dpos-offline@2.0.7.
