Styling elements from Milligram are not rendering

After installing the package and testing with the examples on github, I noticed that Milligram elements are not loaded, and buttons and fonts render in standard Shiny style.

I think I removed milligram so we can just use standard shiny. The doc must not be up to date, apologies
