Autoscroll on various divs. 

overflow-auto the simple way of adding a scroll bar on div overflows does not work for dynamic sized or % declared divs.  Either we don't allow the side bars to be the full window (100%) and fix their size to some value. Or we write js to add scrolling when necessary. This becomes a challenge when we dynamically add chats etc. May need a full front end chat re-work.
