Description
For example, on a new machine allow dropping a site/DB from another and running install so it will create the site in IIS and set permissions. Look at doing this for all communities in folder that aren't installed e.g. when you move several communities from one computer to another.
- Create the site in IIS
- Set the permissions on the files and DB
- Create the Solr core
- Update connection strings
