Thank you for the useful theme and please forgive my dirty english.

I want cakeStrap as a CakePHP plugin.

$ composer require dummy/CakeStrap:dev-master

Easy to install with composer like this.

I have already installed from my repos forked.
I am sure that I can bake with cakeStrap staffs placed on Console/Templates/Cakestrap.

notes

Even if cakeStrap is a plugin, it is still needed to copy View/Themed/Cakestrap into APP/View/Themed/.
I have no idea to get working without copying the files.
