Email verification mechanism

Modify the verify/:key endpoint to be a GET request and return text stating email is confirmed, and redirect to the revuc website.

Also need to directly link the verify endpoint in verification email.

Is there a reason we are changing this from the already existing behavior?

The already existing behavior is kinda hacky and has some very unnecessary extra overhead. This fix won't take a lot of time, I'll work on it today and test it.
