Regarding verifying receipts #3

I know this is just a recipt-proxy, but i have a question as to how you verify receipts, and this might be the closest i come to it.

So, regarding this, they state the following:

Always verify your receipt first with the production URL; proceed to verify with the sandbox URL if you receive a 21007 status code. Following this approach ensures that you do not have to switch between URLs while your application is being tested or reviewed in the sandbox or is live in the App Store.

Can you confirm that your server actually handles this? I.e. that it tries to validates againg production URL before verifying towaards sandbox URL?.

I had an error where my app was reject on app store, and they linked me to some pages on receipt verification..

I sent an email to your support, but i only got an answer (so far), basically saying that the Apple test environment was unstable, and that i should try to publish again.
