Unable to find subcommand "DIG" under command "OTHER"

Sven,
First, the work you've done is AMAZING! I've gone back and forth via email with WtF Dragon who's been relaying your responses, but I am still unable to find the "DIG" subcommand in the menu. I am wondering if there is something needed in my inventory or if the command is only available on certain game spaces, but nothing has worked. As you probably know, this is a showstopper to complete the game. I have attached a screenshot.

Hi - you have to find the NPC that tells you how to "DIG" before you can actually use the command.
