Hello, I'm trying to follow this tutorial for Citra. At step 2.2 I get an error saying "Makefile:366: *** Required program glslang (or glslangValidator) not found..", even though glslang is already included in the externals folder. I even tried adding the right directory to the environment and it didn't make a difference. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

Hello! I am so glad someone is applying this to Citra. That sounds like a very Citra specifically issue but do you have a github link that I could check out to do some investigating?
