Add details submenu page for extra media (manuals, box art, marquee, cartridge display)

Currently, when selecting a game, it immediately loads the game. This means there's no opportunity to look through per-game details, besides what's displayed on the right side. This is something I think GameEx did right, and allowed way more expansion of what you could do on a per-game basis.

EmulationStation should have an option to display other media, or expose other options. For example, it could be a submenu with the following options:

• Play this game
• Mark as favorite
• Read manual
• Show controls
• Show extra instructions / maps
• Display box art
• Display marquee
• Display cabinet
• Display cartridge / media
• Display title screen
• Display gameplay video
• Play TV ads
• Show music player

This isn't just some random list of potential options. These are media collections that are already readily available right now. Go to EmuMovies or one of the MAME data resource sites, and you'll find all of these as collections to download.

I don't think we should do this in one go. But, before we can expand this out to a full list like this, we need the submenu. Start with what we currently support:

• Play this game
• Mark as favorite
• Display box art
• Display marquee
• Display gameplay video

Then we can expand it to manuals, extra image viewers, and a music player.
