Clear / Prune unused remote repositories #2

Greetings, I've been using some of your redmine plugins and they're great, very usefull and well documented.
Regarding this plugin, Is there a way to clear/prune remote repositories that are no longer been used ?
When I delete a repo from project settings, the remote repositories entries are still there.
