Create/Improve documentation on developing with Mobicents Diameter Stack

Currently there's little developer documentation related to Mobicents jDiameter Stack/MUX.

It should be improved with more detailed explanation of the components, flows and examples on how to develop on top of Mobicents jDiameter Stack.
