Raycasts hit developer elements #76

Raycasts (raycast components, and otherwise) should never, ever, ever hit developer elements. (slots with the "Developer" tag) They should only be interact able by developer tools.

This is extremely apparent when selecting components that shouldn't Raycast the gizmo that is on them. (Raycast components) Which causes them to spaz out.
Kind of annoyed of having to tell people that the developer didn't use enough brain cells to make it not do that, and that it is outside my control.

It also makes it hard to debug raycasts, when selecting them to view what they are doing via gizmo makes them move to their origin and rotate in a horrible imitation of a concert light.

Would rather tell them to install this mod, and say, "This is fixed in a bug fix mod, it's a bug"
